Process

You'll be assigned to a team of 4 problem solvers. Each person on the team will have a unique role. Each person will work independently to interview the tourists and complete the required research and data sheet. The roles and the job description for each role are listed in the chart below.

ROLE	JOB DESCRIPTION
Calculations Expert	Responsible for performing calcuations based on changes in gravity, rotation speed, and revolution speed. Calculations must be recorded on the Calcuations Data Sheet.
Physical Features Expert	Responsible for locating information concerning physical features. Physical features must be described and recorded on the Physical Features Data Sheet.
Fact Finder	Responsible for locating information concerning size, temperature, atmospheric composition, etc. All facts must be recorded on the Facts Data Sheet.
Space Historian	Responsible for learning about space history including space missions and current events in our solar system. All information must be recorded the Space History Data Sheet.

Once you've have chosen a role, obtain the necessary data sheet from the High Commander. Take time now to understand how you will be evaluated.
Begin you research by selecting the link below that corresponds to your role. Work your way through the suggested sites and record all data.

When all members of the team have completed their individual work, the team must meet and discuss the information that was recorded on the data sheets. While you are waiting for other members to finish, hang out in the space lounge.
Your group must reach consensus concerning the location of each alien's homeland.
Once the team has reached consensus, click here to program the spacecraft's computer.
